RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

2. Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled through our website.



RETURN POLICY

1. We do not offer a general return or refund policy. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a refund or exchange.

2. It is mandatory to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This video must clearly show the parcel being opened and the issue with the product.

3. The unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery as proof. Without a proper unboxing video, no return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted.

4. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.

5. A charge of ₹150 will be applicable for any return or exchange request.



IMPORTANT NOTES FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE

1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition for hygiene reasons.

2. The product must have its original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

3. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Return or exchange requests must be raised within the specified time period after delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

5. Exchange will be processed only after the original product has been picked up and successfully inspected.
